It's a financial and personal burden that adds unnecessary stress to you and your family. Credit card debt is an issue that can arise very easily. The convenience of using that small plastic object over having to count out cash by hand and wait for change is an unconscious habit for many. While using charge cards does not always have to be detrimental to ones financial well-being, once a person has numerous cards it is easy to get in over their heads paying on various cards each month. No matter what the credit limit may be on a card, paying on more than one each month can seriously lighten your pockets.
